Covenant Health, a not-for-profit, community owned healthcare system in East Tennessee, needed help auditing their 80+ web properties to determine how best to redesign the network of websites. My efforts in achieving this transformation were instrumental in creating a unified and accessible platform. This not only improved mobile responsiveness and brand consistency but also significantly enhanced the overall user experience. Users can now effortlessly navigate the platform, access necessary information, complete tasks efficiently, and gain a clear understanding of Covenant Health's mission and vision.
